The COVID-19 electronic Logistics Management Information System allows proper management of COVID-19 commodities at the health facilities of Bangladesh. Initially the health facilities were entering daily commodity stock status at end of each day. Gradually sites will be trained to use the eLMIS module which allows the sites to do their day to day transaction and manage their COVID-19 commodities stock. Major functions include - indent to higher tier, receive from higher tier, receive as donation, receive from supplier, transfer/issue invoice, dispensing from store and stock adjustment. As a result, current stock balance of commodities will be readily available to decision makers. Monitoring of procurement packages and management of COVID-19 related equipments will also be incorporated soon.

The Supreme Court on Monday (November 23, 2020), observed that in the coming months, the pandemic situation is likely to worsen across the country. Hence, States as well as the Center must take adequate steps and be well-equipped to deal with the COVID-19 crisis.
In this light, a bench of Justices Ashok Bhushan, R. Subhash Reddy & MR Shah hearing a Suo Moto Petition "In Re: Proper Treatment of COVID-19 Patients and Dignified Handling of Dead Bodies in the Hospitals, etc"directed the States of Delhi, Maharashtra, Gujarat & Assam to file status reports with respect to the COVID-19 cases in respective states within two daysdetailing the steps taken, steps intended to be taken, and the help needed from the Center to combat the situation.
Earlier, the bench ordered detailed steps for all states on June 19 and July 27 to constitute expert committees and install CCTVs in COVID wards. The Court also observed that the affidavit filed by the Center did not give details of compliance with respect to the directions passed by the bench on June 19, 2020.
Solicitor general TusharMehta while expressing his grief said that a matter concerning dignified treatment of bodies should come to be monitored by this Court. "Where have we reached. Its really unfortunate for humanity that a Constitutional Court has to deal with such a matter," he said.
The SG told the Court that the Center had taken steps in the State of Delhi to manage the situation and that Delhi needed to do more as the cases were rising.

While the bench granted two weeks' of time to the States / UTs to file an appropriate compliance affidavit, it also directed that the Union of India may file a detailed affidavit within two weeks giving the details of the various compliance of the directions which were issued by this Court.
The bench asked that responses be filed before the next date of hearing fixed for November 27, Friday.
The Counsel assured the bench that an affidavit will come on record in this regard.

Penyegelan dilakukan lantaran pihak bar melanggar protokol kesehatan Covid-19.
Penindakan itu berlangsung pada Sabtu (5/2/2022) malam.
Kasie Penindakan Satpol PP Jakarta Barat, Sumardi Siringoringo mengatakan pihak bar dan karaoke itu menyalahi jam operasional.
"Disegel 1x24 jam dan pemanggilan pemilik ke kantor Satpol PP," katanya dalam keterangan tertulis pada Minggu (6/2/2022).

Sumardi melanjutkan penindakan itu sudah sesuai dengan Instruksi Menteri Dalam Negeri Nomor 06 Tahun 2022 tentang PPKM Level 2 dan Kepgub Nomor 100 Tahun 2022 di wilayah Administrasi Jakarta Barat.
Ia lalu mengimbau kepada pemilik bar dan karaoke agar mematuhi aturan protokol kesehatam Covid-19 yang sudah ditetapkan.
ODIN Senopati Ditutup 1 Minggu Akibat Langgar Jam Operasional
Satpol PP akhirnya menjatuhkan sanksi terhadap ODIN bar Senopati, Kebayoran Baru, Jakarta Selatan.
Kepala Satpol PP Jakarta Selatan Ujang Harmawan mengatakan, ODIN Senopati ditutup selama satu minggu.
Sanksi itu diberikan setelah bar tersebut melanggar aturan jam operasional.
"Untuk penutupan sementara di tempat usaha ODIN selama 7x24 jam," kata Ujang saat dikonfirmasi, Sabtu (5/2/2022).
Menurut Ujang, ODIN Senopati sudah dua kali melakukan pelanggaran protokol kesehatan, sehingga sanksi yang diberikan yaitu penutupan 7x24 jam.
